Now the extension is nearly finished, today I was having some more solar panels fitted on the new roof in order to up my capacity to 4 kW.  In addition to this I was having air conditioning fitted - it's the new Daikin URURU SAHARA which can supply of fresh air with varying degrees of humility which is just what I wanted and my breathing is deteriorating.   In all the excitement I was keen to get up early, normally I need Sharon to help me out of bed, but day trying to rush, I thought I could manage it on my own,  and guess what happened, yes I fell over!  Sharon was on her way out to take Louis to school so there I lay on the floor for over an hour, was falling I bent my foot right back, I thought I broke my foot!  Eventually we managed to get the lifting cushion to work and I was up again, but I could not put any weight on my foot, it was like that for three days!  In the process Sharon did her back in and had to go to the chiropractor!  All this when we had so many work men on site it was like something out of 60 min makeover!.
